The plan is crafted for a duration of 3 days, and your diet is updated every 3 days

After sending the plan, Dietician Jagruti calls you to explain the entire plan over the phone

When you start the plan, your dietitian Jagruti stays in regular touch with you and continuously takes feedback. Throughout the entire program, she will be available Monday to Saturday: Morning 10:00 AM - 12:00 PM and Evening 05:00 PM - 07:00 PM

If you opt for a 3-month plan, the dietitian will conduct follow-ups through calls or chats every 4th day

Whenever you need the dietitian, you can call or message them anytime between Monday to Saturday: Morning 10:00 AM - 12:00 PM and Evening 05:00 PM - 07:00 PM. In case of emergencies, you can contact them beyond these hours as well

Dietitians may also request pictures of your meals to track and ensure that you are following the plan correctly

Time to time, they guide and motivate you to make it easier for you to follow the diet

• After your diet plan is completed, a maintenance plan is provided. This plan trains you on how to maintain the weight you have achieved
